This year has been a journey, and if I am honest, a necessary one.
Carden Digital came out of the pandemic needing a complete reboot. The business had changed, the market had changed and the expectations from clients had changed. We made a decision to rebuild the agency from the ground up, focusing on what actually matters to small and medium sized businesses today.
Not vanity metrics.
Not pretty dashboards (even though I love dashboards).
Not selling time for the sake of it.
We focused on outcomes.
The second half of this year is where everything clicked. The team and I aligned around a simple mission. Onboard the right clients, deliver real value and drive measurable new business for every client who trusts us with their marketing.
The results have been worth the effort.
A Fresh Direction Built Around Accountability
As part of the reboot, we launched three new service lines that matched our belief in proving value, not talking about it.
Performance Based SEO
This was a big shift for us. Clients only pay when we hit the agreed SEO results. It forced us to become even more strategic, even more selective and even more accountable. The early results have been strong. Several clients saw their highest ever search visibility this year along with new lead flow they simply were not getting before.
Performance Based PPC
We took the same approach with our PPC offering. Clients only pay based on outcomes, not hours. This has already led to multiple campaigns generating better ROI than legacy agency setups. A few clients cut spend but increased conversions which is always the sign of a well engineered account.
WordPress Security Management
This was launched because we saw the same problem again and again. Businesses losing money and time because their WordPress sites were vulnerable, slow or out of date. The service has already prevented several attempted breaches and saved clients from downtime that would have cost far more than the monthly support.
These services were created to solve real problems and they have delivered exactly what we hoped for.
A Team Effort
Nothing this year would have been possible without the team. They adapted, pushed through uncomfortable changes, learned new processes and took the standard of our delivery to another level.
The way they embraced the new service model is a big part of why the second half of the year has been such a positive turning point.
Looking Ahead to 2026
I am genuinely excited for what 2026 has in store. We have momentum, clarity and a service suite that is aligned with the real needs of businesses in the current climate.
We will continue building.
We will continue improving.
We will continue growing.
And most importantly, we will continue delivering work that genuinely moves the needle for our clients.
