When we launched Carden Managed Print in June 2018, we had big plans. We saw a clear need in the market for businesses to have better-managed print services — services that would reduce costs, improve efficiency, and help companies stay more organized in an increasingly digital world.
We were excited to bring our expertise to the print industry, offering everything from printer leasing to secure printing solutions and cloud-based options. But, as with any business venture, the road wasn’t always smooth.
When the pandemic hit, we found ourselves at a bit of a crossroads. Like many other businesses, we hit a brick wall. The demand for print services dropped significantly as businesses pivoted to remote work, and we had to quickly adapt. It was a tough period for Carden Managed Print, but like many challenges in life, it taught us resilience.
Fast forward to today, and I’m happy to say we’ve found our stride again. With the world returning to normal and businesses looking to streamline their operations, Carden Managed Print is back on track and hitting great numbers.
A major factor in this turnaround has been our investment in digital marketing. By strategically running Microsoft Bing and Google Ads campaigns, we’ve been able to connect with a whole new group of clients who are actively searching for print solutions. These campaigns have been a huge success, driving targeted traffic to our website and converting those leads into long-term clients.
Our managed print services are now in high demand again, and businesses across the UK are choosing us to help them optimize their print fleets, reduce costs, and improve security. We’re providing more tailored solutions than ever before — from print management to mobile printing, secure printing to cloud printing — and it’s been fantastic to see the impact we’re making.
It wasn’t an easy journey, but it’s one we’re incredibly proud of. The key takeaway here is simple: even when the market shifts or you face setbacks, adaptability and persistence pay off. Today, Carden Managed Print is thriving, and we’re more ready than ever to continue growing and helping businesses succeed with their printing needs.
